Rocker Ave. What a great property in Plymouth! I sold this property twice. The first time my seller clients found me online via my reviews. They wanted to move to a bigger piece of property. During the first sale of Rocker Ave the buyers and myself hit it off. Little did I know that they would be reaching out during the Coronavirus Pandemic! After a few months of the pandemic, they reached out to me. They purchased Rocker Ave in 2019 with a whole different way of life. Then when the pandemic hit, they were working from home more. They needed more room! The house was no longer fitting their needs. 

I listed Rocker Ave. again for the 2^nd time, with my premium marketing package consisting of drone video, custom photography, and virtual video tours. This package also includes home staging the interior and exterior. This leveraged the customer experience online and due to the influx of interested parties we received a slew of offers for the property! I ultimately negotiated an offer over $20,000 the appraised value! In addition, to relisting Rocker Ave. we went out looking for a new home for them that was bigger and more spacious for their family. We found a perfect home. I successfully negotiated the listing price down, due to certain aspects of the property and secured the offer for less! 

I personally enjoyed working for my clients and helping guide them through the transactions of balancing two homes! It takes great resolve, patience,organization, teamwork, and perseverance in this market to accomplish this feat.
