Using the information from the walk-through, I will build out a written plan for your home sale that includes tasks to complete. This detailed plan uses buyer psychology to recommend home changes and can include such information as the exact color to paint your walls for optimal selling opportunity.
Over the years, I have built many professional relationships with local contractors including estate sale managers, movers, painters, home repair experts and carpet installers. I can recommend local service providers based on your needs.
Home Staging & Photography
Marketing a house involves creating an enviroment with a wow factor. We offer clean, simple staging to accentuate your houses’s best features and professional photography for the best-looking listing possible. These touches are sure to impress potential buyers.

The Process For Getting Your Home Sold
Here’s what you can expect the process to be like when working with me to sell your Michigan home.
Walkthrough & Planning
I will visit your home to get a better understanding of its condition for sale. As part of this, we’ll discuss tasks that benefit the sales process
I’ll write up the plan so you can get started making the changes. To speed things up, I can recommend a list of trusted contractors who can help
Staging & Listing
I will then stage, photograph and list your property online. I’ll put together a coherent digital marketing plan to generate interest quickly
Viewings & Negotiation
I’ll set up viewings with interested parties and arrange an open house if necessary. Then, we’ll discuss options together so I can negotiate the best deal on your behalf
Once you accept an offer, we’ll discuss next steps – which are unique to each sale. Eventually, I’ll join you on closing day while you sign over the deed and everything will be complete. Of course, if you need help finding a new home, I’m here for you
